Life has been so heavy lately for our world. I know we need to see and feel the gravity of the situation we are in right now- but we also need to seek peace. We need to sense His presence- and how Heavenly Father is mindful.

I love our prophet. I love his calming spirit and pure love that pours from him. I feel grateful to have guidance when the world is so strained.

I struggle; and I have to work on my mindfulness and anxiety daily. I know I feel blessed from all of you that are doing amazing kind things in the world right now. I pray that each of you feel comfort and that we all remember that faith is simple; just put all your worries in His hands.
